What to include.
In Audex Trace, open Preferences…, choose Pro, then click Copy Diagnostics in Support and include it in your email.
Whether the question is about Compatibility Check, Pro licensing, purchase checkout, or privacy.
For playback-format detection issues, mention your Music settings and output device.
For refunds, contact within 7 days if Audex Trace cannot detect Apple Music playback format on a supported macOS version.
